- We do not ship orders. All orders must be picked up from our store at: 6908 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 during regular business hours. After you have placed an order, we will notify you of your order's earliest possible pick up time. You will have five business days from your order's earliest possible pick up time to either pick up your order or reschedule its pick up. If you do not pick up your order or reschedule in time, your order will be canceled and its cost refunded to you, less a 15% restocking fee.
- Delivery is available only to commercial addresses within East Baton Rouge Parish during normal business hours, M-F, and only for customers who have established an open account with us prior to ordering.
- You may call us at (225) 928-7800 for directions or detailed information about the status of your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- Unopened Merchandise - You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the puchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
Opened Merchandise - "Opened" products and accessories can not be returned for any reason.
Special Order Items - There are no returns allowed for products which have been specially ordered for you. These items are not routinely stocked at our warehouse and therefore cannot be returned.
Damaged Products - You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the receipt from the store.
Suspect Damage - On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, you must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the receipt from the store.
Obvious Damage - Do not sign for damaged products. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept Cash, credit card or debit card as a form of payment. All online orders must be paid via Credit or Debit card at the time the order is placed. Cash is only available for purchases made in our store. Please contact us via phone for additional payment options. All pricing is current as of the time of product listing on our website. Pricing may change at any time, with or without notice. All promotions are valid only for the time specified in the original promotional notification or flyer.
- Viewing and Changing Orders
- All orders placed online may be viewed at any time via our website, and may be modified any time before the order is processed by our store.
- Updating Account Information
- You may update your information at any time by using the "My Account" feature at the top of the website.
